Ideas for Season 2

Hi everybody!

I´ve just read the news containing the visions for season 2.

Season 1 was great. Clean, fair races, nice fights on the track. An overall great experience.

I also would like to thank NoTech for putting it all together, great work!

So what about that thread ?
I would like to collect ideas for Season 2.

Long story short:
Here are my thoughts on Season 2:
(all following points depending on enough racers, of course)


- Same class (GT3) for both divisions. Why ? Because i think, GT3 is the favorite class for most of us.
- Longer distance for Pro-Division ? Check, i´m with that idea.
- Seperate "Endurance Events" beside the actual championship. Classes for those events: LMP 1 (for Pro) an LMP 2 (for Semi-Pro). Mixed Races.
So there is no "you have to participate on those Events to gain points for the actual championship".
Lets just call it "Endurance Championship."
- No Practice Day needed. Check. ( i´ve voted for that on the actual poll)
- 30 minutes qualifying without a practice session ? Check.

i agree on pro races need to be longer. If you can run two sets of soft then pretty much a sprint race.

They will be longer in Season 2.
Season 2 was already planned when i opened that thread.

We´ll see how the longer Races in the LMP1 cars will work.
I´m totally excited for Season 2. Can´t wait.
